Brolylegs teaches you how to properly utilize anti-airs in Cross Counter TV’s GFinity Training Series

After getting some tips on learning matchups with Echo Fox|Justin Wong and Dr. Fatbody explaining how to deal with five commonly-abused attacks, the next installment in Cross Counter TV’s GFinity Training Series sees AbleGamers|Brolylegs teach players how to properly defend themselves with anti-air attacks in Street Fighter V. Though perhaps a rudimentary concept for some of our readers, being able to properly defend against jump-ins attacks, particularly if they are cross-ups, is an integral part of improving in fighting games in general — especially when they can lead to massive damage, as is the case with SFV.

Utilizing his signature Chun-Li as an example, Broly goes over the differences between using normals as AA options versus using your special attacks, as well as explaining how to find the proper timing, spacing, and reliability to utilize the attacks to ensure maximum effectiveness. He also covers air-to-air situations, and urges players to find the best AA solutions for their character(s) of choice.

For European players looking to show off their skills in online competition, you can find more information about the GFinity Elite Series, featuring Street Fighter V, at www.gifinityelite.com.
