After its initial announcement in August, Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe has released a new character reveal trailer for the mobile version of Tekken, revealing that King will be joining the game’s roster.
The trailer notes that King is a technical fighter, with a “Throw-based Hold attack” and high Waza Card damage. Over the course of his brief gameplay footage, we can see that the masked grappler’s signature Chain Throws, Shining Wizard, Giant Swing and Rage Art are all still faithfully intact. Tekken will be released for both iOS and Android devices in Japan, North America and Europe, with a release date yet to be revealed. Pre-registration is now open at tekken-mobile.com. A soft launch of the game is currently ongoing in Canada.
