Jorge Masvidal has felt as though he’s been overlooked by virtually everybody going into his co-feature fight with Donald Cerrone.

There was some that thought that maybe, just maybe, former UFC heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski would pose a serious threat to rising contender Francis Ngannou or at least give him a tough test.

Featherweight contender Jason Knight was impressive on Saturday by submitting Alex Caceres in the second round of their duel. Caceres used his length to out-strike Knight in the opening frame, but “The Kid” turned the tides late in the round when he slammed “Bruce Leeroy” down hard and threatened with a rear-naked choke.

Sam Alvey tapped a few more grains of sand out of the Nate Marquardt hourglass.
