Funcom is releaseing Dune: Awakening on PC first, before consoles, and one admitted challenge is getting the ambitious survival MMO on Xbox Series S.

Funcom has released its third Direct for the upcoming Dune: Awakening with its Creative Director about the Gamescom activities and gameplay.

Fresh off debuting the first Dune: Awakening gameplay video at Opening Night Live, Funcom showed off even more gameplay, with a new nearly 27-minute look at the upcoming survival MMO.

Dune: Awakening will have a gameplay world premiere next week at Gamescom. Funcom  announced the  gameplay reveal and the rest of their Gamescom plans, including new art, swag, and a gameplay showcase.

Gamescom is approaching at breakneck speed it seems, and there’s much to look forward to including a new gameplay presentation during Opening Night Live.
