Minecraft – Marketplace to Bring Cool Community Creations to Others

The Minecraft Marketplace is coming soon to the game with the Discovery Update (v1.1) later this spring. The idea is to allow community creations to be sold within the game itself. The shop items will be curated by the Minecraft team and sold through the Marketplace. Creators will be able to “make a living from the game, allowing them to support themselves in the creation of future projects”.
