George Groves (25-3, 18 KOs) will challenge for the vacant WBA super middleweight title against former champion Fedor Chudinov (14-1, 10 KOs) on the undercard of Kell Brook’s IBF welterweight title defence against Errol Spence Jr on May 27 at Bramall Lane in Sheffield.
It is Groves’ fourth attempt to become a world champion after losing twice by knockout to Carl Froch and once by split decision to Badou Jack.
