Last night, we reported on some speculation that Kitana would possibly be joining the cast of Mortal Kombat X, based on a few screenshots shared by series head Ed Boon. Now, we can all stop speculating, as the latest trailer for the game has finally dropped and yes, the Edenian princess will be playable.
Kitana rejoins the cast with her trademark fans, using them to cut her opponents up from both afar and up close. The trailer also marks our first look at Kung Lao outside of magazine articles.
Additionally, the trailer ends with another glimpse of Goro. The popular sub-boss will be returning to as a bonus for those who pre-order the game.
Mortal Kombat X will be hitting PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC on April 14.
