It appears as though T. Hawk got tired of diving at people, and just wants to focus his ki energy on chucking plasma instead. It also seems as though Zangief got tired of bears and went after birds instead — spinning birds, that is.
With these move swaps created by the great Bob Sagat, the natural look of every single one looks like it could easily be another Rainbow Edition in the making. Whether or not anyone will take this further than this or not, it’s enjoyable to see a fresh coat of paint on the characters.
