City of Titans – New Video Spotlights Character Movement & Costuming

Missing Worlds Media has posted a new video to show off City of Titans and some of the features that character creation will allow players to mess with. Of particular note is the ability to create costumes in a huge variety with the ability to customize things including arms, hands, legs and each separately.
