General: Former CM – ‘The Customer Gets Lost in the Games Industry’

Former TERA community manager ‘Tonka’ is starting a new video series about the general games industry and community management in particular. In his first, he qualifies his “rant” (his words) about community management that this is not directed at En Masse, publishers of TERA, but at all game companies. “The customer gets lost in the games industry,” Tonka says, “especially in MMOs.”
