As part of their annual DOA Festival, Team NINJA brought out a playable build of their upcoming Dead or Alive 6. A number of players and outlets got the chance to not only play this new build, but capture some footage of this — footage that we’ve now compiled below.
Asiamisu was able to record a lot of footage of Dead or Alive 6 at DOAFES. Their footage features a lot of the ninja sisters Kasumi and Ayane, as well as fighters Mila and Tina (who were both revealed at TGS).
One of the characters who we haven’t seen a lot of gameplay of is Christie, who was first revealed at Paris Games Week. Happily, Blue Sky Gameplay recorded a match with her. While we still don’t get to see much of how she’s changed, we do get to see her Jakeiho command sidestep — something that wasn’t featured in her reveal trailer.
Meanwhile, Tomofuan Channel captured a couple of long sets. The videos below feature the players actually talking about the action on screen, although it is in Japanese.
Finally, Kansetsu Ressha has shared three videos, all of which seem to be the first part of multi-part match videos. Hopefully, we’ll see the later parts of these matches soon.
Dead or Alive 6 launches on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on February 15.
