Seemingly out of nowhere, Capcom has revealed a new character in Ultra Street Fighter 2 at their San Diego Comic Con panel. That character is none other then the Satsui No Hado powered secret boss of Super Street Fighter II Turbo, Shin Akuma. The way to access him, though, is a little more unorthodox then just downloading and selecting him:
Just got some hands on with Shin Akuma in #UltraStreetFighterII, and he's just a Broken as Ever, and a lot of fun to use, Pic from @JardFGC pic.twitter.com/n3b3tYW6um

If that combination looks familiar to you, there’s a reason: 1987 is the year the original Street Fighter released in arcades. Don’t think you’ll see Shin Akuma legal anytime soon: Aside from his cumbersome unlock method, the character is busted by design. You’ll see in this demo video that his Shakunetsu Hadouken does 40% on its own:
Shin Akuma mirror matches sound like they’d be fun, potentially. If not that, at least they’d be quick.
