Mikey Garcia (34-0, 28 KOs) has vacated his WBO super featherweight title.
The WBO has now made Orlando Salido (42-12-2, 29 KOs) the new champion.
Garcia, 26, won the belt by eighth-round knockout of Roman “Rocky” Martinez in November 2013. But he has not fought since he outpointed Juan Carlos Burgos in his only defence in January because of a dispute with promoter Top Rank.
