Today the third clause in Japan’s UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH national tournament series OVER THE WORLD reaches its conclusion. After a series of qualifiers throughout the country, fourteen teams thus far have advanced to the OVER THE WORLD -settlement- 3on3 finals tournament. Two more teams will join them via the final qualifier to fill out the bracket of sixteen, setting the stage for the finals.
