Street Fighter V Roundup – Character Breakdowns, Desk’s Take on M. Bison, More

We’re quickly approaching Street Fighter V’s first weekend and video content for the new title shows no signs of stopping any time soon. Today’s batch holds plenty of tutorial goodness with a heaping portion of combos. Let’s get started!

Another day, another Desk video. This time, the combo mastermind takes control of M. Bison to deliver devastating strings that will make you question your own understanding of Street Fighter V’s juggle system. Just when you think the dictator is finished burning his foes with psycho power, he activates V-Trigger to keep things rolling. As an added bonus, Desk has included some ways to follow-up Bison’s V-Skill to net massive damage.

Up next, Sajam has provided a handful of Street Fighter V characters his special brand of tutorial treatment. You may, perhaps, recognize his work with the for the Killer Instinct World Cup, and while these Street Fighter V tutorials are quite a bit longer, you’re not going to run into any filler.

And hey, what about all of those punishable moves you’re not punishing? Scrub John sent us a guide from NeoGAF’s forums focused on making sure people pay for their unsafe attacks. While this is far from an exhaustive punish guide–featuring only a handful of moves to punish, and only showing actual punishes with Karin–video creator Team Biiruken offer a good idea of where to get started with regard to the sorts of punishes one can expect to use.

While not likely to happen in a match, this Laura combo from Snoooootch doles out incredible damage while making use of every bit of the Brazilian fighter’s resources. Be sure to keep it in mind in the event the stars align and you can perhaps pull this off in a proper match.

And we close out today with a pair of Nash combo videos, one from PerfectHiT and the second from roundup veteran Sebastian Rikk. If you’ve found yourself fond of the Frankensteined combatant, you’re sure to learn a thing or two in these reels.

Got some new tech you want to show off? Drop us a line, and it could end up in our next roundup!
