Torment: Tides of Numenera: Release Slips to 2016, Beta Still on for 2015

inXile has announced that the release date for Torment: Tides of Numenera has slipped to 2016 but that beta testing is still on track for 2015. In addition, Chris Keenan is taking over as the lead designer on the project.
