Since the discovery of the now famous Kamecombo, Megaman’s Metal Blade is a move that inspires pure fear. You drop shield or jump at the wrong time when the Blue Bomber is holding this item, and that could be the end of your stock.
In order to counter this serrated weapon, the Beefy Smash Doods have gone into the lab to discover combos that other characters can perform using Megaman’s Metal Blade. Seeing as it is an item that Megaman can drop, different fighters can pick up the Blade and start using it for their own purposes. For this video, the Beefy Smash Doods only go through the top row of the character select screen, but they may continue their experiments should people enjoy this video.
Luigi is the only character with absolutely no follow-ups, while other characters like Wario, Peach and Bowser require very specific setups to capitalize off the Metal Blade.
