VesperArcade discusses changes that could help Urien kill, crush, and destroy in Season 4 of Street Fighter V

Urien has been a hot source of contention within the Capcom offices in regards to changes. His changes in Season 2 were almost nearly reverted in the subsequent patch for the season, after having realized it made him too strong. This was likely the effect of Urien being the last addition to the roster of Season 1, and few people unearthing his potential at that time.

He has fared slightly better in Season 3, but still has issues that cause him not to be a high-echelon character. VesperArcade discusses some tweaks — including a faster walk speed and better tick throw options — that could put him on that pedestal going forward.
