Austin Creed, better known as WWE Superstar Xavier Woods, is no stranger to fighting games. The New Day member has attended and competed at a number of fighting game events, and also has an on-again-off-again rivalry with NJPW’s Kenny Omega.
Now, with the release of the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection, Creed has put up a new video on his Up Up Down Down channel with him playing the game against fellow WWE Superstar Mike “the Miz” Mizanin.
Now, there’s a bit of history behind this match. Two years ago, the Creed and the Miz faced off in Street Fighter II — which resulted in the latter losing, and giving up his WWE Intercontinental Championship belt to the former. Now, in this new match, the Miz aims to earn that belt back. However, should he lose, he will once again be forced to give up his belt — this time the WWE United States Championship belt that he currently holds.
Will the A-lister finally triumph, or will the cereal-shilling trombone player once again run away with another belt? Check out the video below to find out.
The Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection is available now for PlayStation 4, Switch, Xbox One, and PC.
