The Street Fighter League World Championship will also be decided!
Following the conclusion of CEO 2019, Capcom officially announced the dates and location for the yearly culmination of the Capcom Pro Tour, Capcom Cup 2019, as well as the North American Regional Finals.
First up, the NA Regional Finals will be held November 16th-17th at the HyperX Esports Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. As has been the case with all Regional Finals through the CPT, an open tournament will be held that players from all regions will be eligible for.
Players will then compete to improve their standings on the Global Leaderboard in hopes of securing one of the open spots in Capcom Cup. After that, the top 8 ranked players from North America will do battle to determine which of them will receive automatic qualification to the Cup.
Capcom Cup 2019 will be returning to Southern California on December 13th-15th, as 32 of the world’s best go to war in Los Angeles, for Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition supremacy, with the Last Chance Qualifier taking place on Friday.
Finally, for the first time ever, we’ll be able to determine a World Champion in the Street Fighter League, as the champion teams from Street Fighter League: Pro-US 2019 and Street Fighter League: Pro-Japan 2019 will face off to determine which squad is the best on the planet.
