Elite Dangerous Expands 4.0 to All PC Players and Opens Promised Console Profile Copy Portal

Access to 4.0 is now available to all Elite Dangerous PC players with today’s updat. That PC player community is about to grow, because the promised portal for console players to copy their profiles over to the PC version is open.
