Black Desert Online: Class Balance, St. Patrick Event & Chat Ban System Changes

Black Desert Online has been updated with a fairly beefy patch that addresses chat bans, some skill alterations for Witch/Wizard, a new holiday event that coincides with St. Patrick’s Day, and lists out several new items in the in-game shop.
