Destiny 2 – Bungie Acknowledges Squelched XP at Level Cap, Vows to Deactivate the System

The Destiny 2 player community has been complaining via Reddit about what it perceives as intentional squelching of XP at max level when players earn Bright Engrams, essentially the loot box for D2. These can contain emotes, ships and sparrows. Breaking its silence, Bungie has acknowledged that this “throttling” of XP at max level was indeed in place and that it would be deactivating the system immediately.
