EVE Online: Preliminary Patch Notes For August 9 Released

The preliminary patch notes for the EVE Online updated scheduled for August 9th have been released on the game’s official site. The Contracts system will be going live in this update which will allow players to exchange goods and auction items from within the Citadels.
