There is a joke that EVE Online is simply spreadsheets in space, so when EVE announced it was adding in an Excel add-on last year at Fanfest, the joke came full circle. The circle continued this past weekend as it was one of the sponsors of the Microsoft Excel World Championships in Las Vegas.
