It’s no secret that there have been a few unintended bugs crop up in SoulCalibur VI. The most well known of these is Voldo’s free CE/SC access from back-turned CR stance, which is eerily similar to a bug Tekken 7′s Eliza had in Season 1. And just like Eliza, Namco is looking to squash it before it gets out of hand:
We have encountered a few issues in SOULCALIBUR VI’s Online and VS modes.
We are working on fixes and solutions. Fixes for these issues along with a game
balance update will be released subsequently. (1/3)— SOULCALIBUR (@soulcalibur) November 8, 2018
Here are some of the important issues we’re currently working to address:
・Moves that require a filled Soul Gauge being activated while the gauge isn’t full.
・Some characters having more reach than intended.

・Match ending due to unintended circumstances (Casual Match).
・Ranked Match’s search feature not working as intended.
Thankyou for your continued patience as we work to improve the current experience.(3/3)

Though no date was revealed for the patch, it is worth remembering that the turnaround time for the similar Eliza glitch was remarkably fast. It’ll be interesting to see how quickly Project Soul can complete their intended patch, by comparison.
