Registration is now open for the JUMP FORCE closed beta; Bandai Namco reveals Collector’s Edition and Season Pass details for the game

Bandai Namco wasn’t finished dropping JUMP FORCE news for today!

Following their reveals coming from Tokyo Game Show — and the news that a closed beta was planned for Japanese players — Bandai Namco is keeping the JUMP FORCE ball rolling with some details about the Collector’s Edition and Season Pass — as well as confirmation of a closed beta for the West.

The closed beta period for us is the same as the beta for Japan: it’s scheduled for October 12-14, and will be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. If you want in, head over to the JUMP FORCE Closed Beta page to sign up; registration is open from today until October 7.

Bandai Namco has confirmed that the game will launch with a Season Pass available — that pass will unlock nine additional characters, though the identity of those fighters is yet to be revealed, as is the price of the pass. Expect more details to come.

They have also indicated there will be a Collector’s Edition of the game, which will include:

  • Exclusive 30cm tall diorama statue of Luffy, Naruto, and Goku
  • JUMP FORCE software
  • Exclusive SteelBook case
  • 3 art boards

This edition will have an MSRP of $259.99 USD. Expect more information (as well as some images) to surface soon, as we draw closer to JUMP FORCE‘s 2019 release.
