A new blog post has cropped up on the Star Trek Online site to give captains the good news that ship customization is coming in Season 11.5. Using the new Visuals tab, players will be able to deck out ships with Deflectors, Impulse Engines and Shields that will apply a visual effect to the ship that doesn’t make use of the items’ stats or set bonuses.
