Following their success in publishing BlazBlue: Central Fiction and Guilty Gear Xrd Rev 2 in Europe, PQUBE have announced that they will be bringing Arc System Works and French-Bread’s UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH Exe:Late[st] to Europe towards the end of 2017. Not only is French-Bread’s newest title something of a mouthful; it’s also the definitive version of UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH, bringing new characters, features, and an all new story mode to Playstation 3, 4 and Vita.
We’ve yet to get a specific date for the release, but we do know that it will be in our homes by the end of the year – so although Japanese console owners got their hands on the game yesterday, we’ve only got a few short months to wait.
Alongside four new characters – some of which we’ve already caught a glimpse of – perhaps the most exciting news from this announcement is that we will finally get the chance to play through a story mode, called Chronicle Mode, and find out exactly what is going on in Under Night’s bizarre take on modern day Japan.
