World of Warcraft – Blizzard Communication Compared to a ‘Mystical Unicorn’

The World of Warcraft forum has a new, lengthy post from Josh “Lore” Allen who defends the Blizzard team and its continuous attempts to improve its presence and responsiveness to the community. The post comes in answer to a stinging thread called “What happened to improved communication” that likens developer presence across a broad variety of perceived issues with Legion to a mythical unicorn: Everyone talks about it, but it doesn’t truly exist.
