Can’t Find a GameCube Controller Adapter for Wii U? Mayflash May Have a Solution

One of the biggest problem facing many Super Smash Bros. for Wii U fans when trying to play the game competitively is the relative scarcity of the official GameCube controller adapter released by Nintendo. Due to high demand, finding one on sale, let alone at a decent price, has become something of a struggle. With this being the case, it was only a matter of time before third parties started making their own.

Enter Mayflash with their GameCube controller adapter for the Wii U. Available right now over at Play-Asia, Mayflash’s device supports up to four separate controllers, much like Nintendo’s, as well as vibration with no delay.

This third party GameCube adapter also has one feature that the official one doesn’t. With just the flick of a small switch on the side, the Mayflash adapter can also be used on the PC.
