Elphelt Takes Center Stage in Persona’s Latest Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- Exhibition
Persona is back with another combo video for Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN-. This time, he focuses on everybody’s favorite runaway bride, Elphelt Valentine.
A character with a somewhat limited moveset yet high combo potential thanks to her grenades and shotgun stance, Elphelt requires some serious muscle memory to get the most out off. The tricky parts involve learning how to time the grenade blasts and quickly reloading after each shotgun blast to extend her stuff.
Check out the video below and see what Persona has figured out for this Guilty Gear newcomer. For those interested, we’ve posted the transcripts after the video.

Diddy Who? Pac-Man Gets Medieval in These Super Smash Bros. for Wii U Combos
As Super Smash Bros. for Wii U continues to flesh out in competition, one thing has started to become clear: Diddy Kong is pretty good. Fortunately, many other characters have some incredible tricks up their sleeves, including newcomer Pac-Man.
Japanese competitor Ginko recently started a Vine account to show off bits and pieces of what they’ve discovered in the title, many of which demonstrating some interesting combos from the arcade icon. By utilizing Galaxian ships, power pellets, and more, Pac-Man is able to dole out some serious damage.
As with most Smash combos, these are very dependent on a number of factors, any number of which could change their viability. That being said, it’s good to know this sort of technology is available, even to characters who got their start many decades ago.
