Evo 2015 Lineup Reveal Coming Tomorrow Night

The internet has been abuzz over the past few weeks thanks to Joey “Mr. Wizard” Cuellar’s discussion of Evo 2015’s lineup, and it appears as if the organizers are finally ready to let the cat out of the bag.

Cuellar is set to personally visit Twitch’s offices in San Francisco, California to take part in a special announcement show tomorrow night. Hosted by Mike Ross, the live broadcast will reveal the official games players will be competing in at this year’s event. Cuellar is also prepared to take viewer questions, so be sure to tune into Twitch at 7 PM PST.

Evo 2015 is scheduled for July 17-19 at the Bally’s / Paris Las Vegas.

Driftwood’s Fei Long Steals the Show in Olympic Gaming’s Latest Ultra Street Fighter IV Spotlight

Olympic Gaming is back with another player spotlight, this time focusing on Arizona-based Fei Long player Driftwood. As of the recording of these matches, Driftwood held the top ranked position with Fei Long online and, after watching the video, it’s safe to say that he may be hanging on to that title for a while.

Driftwood demonstrates an incredible amount of patience and restraint in the featured matches, rarely overextending himself or winding up in an unfavorable situation. As expected, this means that his control of the neutral game is pretty spot-on. As always, the footage contains matches against some very strong players, including John Choi and Veloc1raptor.

The video’s description also contains a brief text-based interview with Driftwood answering all of the important questions on topics like his training regimen and interests outside of Street Fighter.
