Everyone has a fighting chance
CCP has let us know that one of the largest interstellar battles in recent memory is taking place right now in EVE Online. According to the tip, two of the game’s largest coalitions are fighting a battle royal in an unnamed solar system. The event is being broadcast live on Daopa’s Twitch.tv channel. We’ve still got just under a week left until Mortal Kombat X finally hits shelves, but today, the folks at NetherRealm Studios did their part in making that wait a little more manageable by releasing Mortal Kombat X Mobile.
In last week’s Kombat Kast, the team revealed details surrounding this mobile pairing to the upcoming title. It’s a free-to-play card battler which plays out fights much like the game itself, with controls designed specifically for touch screens. In it, players can select their faction and, through playing the game, can unlock things for the non-mobile version such as alternate costumes. The examples that we got to see were Ninja Mime Johnny Cage and Farmer Jax, so there’s definitely a lighthearted feel to at least some aspect of this brutal slug fest.
The mobile version of the title is available on iOS devices right now, but has not yet made its way to the Google Play store. Since the trailer, which you’ll find below, advertises availability on Android devices, we can only assume that the delay before it comes to the second platform will be brief.

In a new WildStar developer blog penned by Tom "Hildogen" Cassera, the first 20-player raid coming in the Invasion: Nexus update has been revealed. Called "Initialization Core Y-83, the raid will not require attunement but will have an optional "prologue" quest to set the stage.
According to a report from Combate and MMAJunkie, Mairbek Taisumov will lock horns with Alan Patrick Silva Alves in a lightweight contest at UFC Fight Night “Gustafsson vs. Teixeira” on June 20.
The Skyforge site has been updated with a new developer blog to lay out another component of end game play. Called "Distortions", these special events become available after players have unlocked their divine forms and if Pantheons have access to a special piece of equipment called an Analyzer. Using the Analyzer on the tactical globe in the Divine Observatory, groups will be able to see special distortions marked on the map.

The latest update to Diablo 3 has been released that brings several new items into the game as well as tweaks to classes, legendary items, seasonal game play and more.
Webzen has announced that Age of Wulin (EU) developers will be launching the next content update on April 28th. Called Chapter 5: Heaven’s Ascent, the update will include the Ladder to Heaven PvP feature that will match players in cross server battles for dominance. Players will also be able to move through content to gain the new, higher level gear coming with Chapter 5.
Crimean gamers woke up to find that Battle.net has been blocked by Western-backed sanctions against Russia implemented to try to stop tensions between Russia and the Ukraine. Crimean players no longer have access to Heroes of the Storm, World of Warcraft, Starcraft II, Hearthstone, and Diablo III. While World of Warcraft has been blocked in Crimea for several months, Battle.net had remained open for Blizzard’s other titles.
