Rush Hour Smash Highlights Top Level Link and Mii Brawler Action in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U

Rush Hour Smash has been providing the community with high quality Super Smash Bros. for Wii U content since the game released late last year–everything from combo videos to tech breakdowns and more. On top of high caliber content, these videos are always rounded out with some of the best editing that the fighting game community has to offer.

This week, Rush Hour Smash uploaded two more mixclips, one dedicated to Izaw’s Link and another focusing on False and Keitaro’s take on the increasingly popular Mii Brawler. Since these short reels include only the best plays, everything you’re about to witness will get your blood pumping, but the final edge guarding segment that Izaw pulls off against a Captain Falcon will almost certainly get you up on your feet.

Mewtwo Will Be Legal in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U at Evolution 2015, Lucas Will Not

Earlier this week, Nintendo announced more details surrounding upcoming downloadable content for Super Smash Bros. for Wii U including an official release date for Mewtwo and a June release for newly-announced DLC character Lucas.

Last night, concerned Smashers contacted Joey “Mr. Wizard” Cuellar on Twitter regarding the legality of both of these characters. Cuellar confirmed that Mewtwo will be legal for play at Evolution 2015, but Lucas will not be, due to his late release. So if you plan on competing in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, that’s one match-up that you won’t have to worry about learning in the last days before the big tournament.

Cuellar also confirm that, in the unlikely event that any balance patches release alongside Lucas, those changes will still be used for the tournament.
