Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late is still going strong in some parts of the United States, but it’s especially represented in Northern California. The region is home to some of the country’s strongest and dedicated players, and they continue to host tournaments and produce content in support of the game.
Their most recent pet project is a two-part community combo video that spans across multiple members of the cast, edited sharply by local streamer and content creator TheBrett. The first video, titled “Merciless,” is exclusive to the male side of the cast and has an impressive list of contributing players, including 2GB Combo, OrionxElite, Brett himself, Smiles, and Lark; the credits are rounded out with visual contributions from Tong and a brief musical appearance from Bell.
It all comes together as a pretty sweet video with a lot of outside-the-box thinking, with combo setups and a lot more damage than you might be used to seeing in this game. Check it out below and be on the look out for the next part featuring the ladies of the game in the near future.
