Braehmer outguns Konrad to retain WBA title

Germany’s Juergen Braehmer (47-2, 35 KOs) stopped countryman Konni Konrad (22-2, 11 KOs) to retain his WBA light-heavyweight title on Saturday night at the EnergieVerbund Arena in Dresden Germany.
Braemer punished the outgunned challenger throughout, flooring him in the sixth before Konrad quit with an eye problem at the end of the seventh.

Warrington scores dominant win over Brunker

Unbeaten British featherweight Josh Warrington (22-0, 4 KOs) scored a one-sided 12 round unanimous decision over  Australian Joel Brunker (28-2, 16 KOs) on Saturday night at the First Direct Arena in Leeds.
All three judges handed the home favourite shutout scores of 120-108.
