Hex: Lawsuit Settled Between Wizards Of The Coast & Cryptozoic

Wizards of the Coast has announced the settlement of its 2014 lawsuit against Cryptozoic Entertainment, developers of Hex: Shards of Fate. The lawsuit stemmed from WotC’s belief that Hex willfully infringed on the intellectual property behind Magic: The Gathering. The exact details of the settlement were not revealed.
