In an effort to bring large-scale competition back to Arizona, Nicholas “Driftwood” Going and Justin “JBVH” Bruce Van Horne will be hosting Rewired 2015 in Tucson this weekend. With tournaments for Ultra Street Fighter IV, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Killer Instinct, Super Smash Bros. Melee, and Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN-, they will be providing a ton of competition over the next couple of days.

While not a fighting game, Super Mario Maker made waves in the community upon release because, well, it’s Mario. Some of you may remember Evo organizer Joey “Mr. Wizard” Cuellar tormenting players with Wizardopolis, a stage that still only has a .24% completion rate, and now he’s ready to do it all over again with the sequel. The rewards this time, however, extend past a tiny flag on your TV screen.

The first person to record themselves tackling Wizardopolis: The Remix from start to finish and coming out the victor will receive two free spectator passes to Evo 2016. You can share your playthrough on YouTube, Twitch, or any other video platform, but remember, you must capture your entire run and send it to Mr. Wizard through Twitter at @EvilMrWizard. No cheating!

Evo passes regularly become hot commodities as we near event each year, so this could be an easy way to secure your entry early on if you have what it takes.
