M. Bison Dishes Out Big Damage with V-Trigger Combos in Street Fighter V

M. Bison’s V-Trigger has changed a lot during the course of Street Fighter V’s development. Originally offering greater mobility by granting him a teleport dash–which is now his standard dash–the buff currently allows the dictator to crank out massive damage through enhanced special moves.

To demonstrate the damage M. Bison can do with his V-Trigger, UM Tyrant shared this new combo video for the character. Here, he demonstrates how M. Bison can extend both normal and Crush Counter combos by V-Trigger cancelling certain moves, including his heavy knee press.

Birdie Tries Out Stylish Alternate Outfits in Street Fighter V Concept Art

I can’t lie, Birdie is perhaps what excites me the most about Street Fighter V. Apart from being a returning character from the Alpha series, he’s also one of the few cast members to have undergone a drastic makeover while transitioning to the upcoming title, and his entire aesthetic just works for me.

But what if Capcom had decided to forgo Birdie’s punk-rock motif in favor of a more stylish design? Or maybe kept the basics with a new twist? We may never know all the steps the developers took in bringing the roster to life in Street Fighter V, but they are set to provide us a glimpse in some of those nifty e-Capcom bundles.

Just after Christmas, the online store’s official Twitter account shared a fuzzy preview of the production notes book set to be included in the Valuable and Volcanic editions of Street Fighter V in Japan. But unlike a more recent tease, this one is a bit more clear as to what it depicts: alternate Birdie outfits.

What still eludes us though is the nature of these designs. Are they merely concept pieces created during development, or could they be added to Street Fighter V in the future as downloadable content? We’ll only know for sure when the game launches next month, but feel free to let us know what you think of these outfits in our comments.
