This F.A.N.G Setup Can Lead to Stun (and Tons of Damage) in Street Fighter V
Street Fighter V officially launches in four days and Bifuteki’s SpabRog is already breaking it…
…okay, not really, but he recently developed a pretty nasty setup for F.A.N.G with Pandora House’s Nando that can lead to stun and, subsequently, some hefty damage. The secret lies in the newcomer’s ability to cancel his Nishikyu (the arcing poison projectiles) into Nikankyaku (the command dash).
As shown in the video above, the setup requires a good amount of meter, the on-screen remnants of an EX Ryobenda (the poison plume), and an opponent willing to block the wrong way on wakeup, but is mighty powerful if all the pieces fall into place.
Of course, getting all that in order could take a bit of doing, not to mention the likelihood of escape options depending on the character, but Spab’s proof of concept should be enough for folks to iterate on. Let us know what you think in the comments.
