Bandai Namco Showcases Tekken 7 Fated Retribution’s Rage Attacks
Bandai Namco Entertainment hasn’t been afraid to mix up the classic Tekken formula in Tekken 7, and now with the Fated Retribution update in the wings, things are changing even further.
In their latest trailer, the developers highlight Tekken 7 Fated Retribution’s new Rage Attacks, which are somewhat analogous to EX moves in other games in that they give new offensive options to each character. Instead of feeding off meter, however, these attacks are only available once a character has entered Rage mode.
Additionally, Street Fighter guest character Akuma does not have Rage Attacks, and instead utilizes a traditional meter for his EX moves.
