Rukunetsu Offers a Modern Take on Shin Akuma’s Alpha Theme for Tekken 7 Fated Retribution

Last October, with Street Fighter V still months away from official launch, Rukunetsu tickled our ears with their approach to a modern take on the classic Street Fighter II character select theme.

Now, with Akuma joining the Tekken 7 Fated Retribution cast, it’s the perfect time for the remix master to revisit one of the classic themes from Street Fighter days gone by: “Groan.” This aptly-named theme first appeared back in the Alpha series, so those who recall their days battling Akuma’s true form will be quick to note just how modern Rukunetsu’s version sounds by contrast.

World of Warcraft: Northrend Timewalking Event Begins

World of Warcraft players looking to gear up alts in a different way can check out this week’s timewalking event, this time taking place in the dungeons of Northrend. During timewalking, player gear is scaled back to what it was when the dungeon originally debuted requiring a full 5-player team to complete. Reward gear, however, is scaled up to current content making it a great way to gear up all of one’s toons.
