General: The Social Beauty of Pokemon Go

Like so many of you, we’ve been playing Pok�mon Go a lot since it launched this week. And we’ve noticed something pretty amazing happening around the game… it’s got millions people playing together, in real life, as strangers. Pok�mon Go has essentially become the world’s biggest MMO in a matter of days.

Plan Your Evo Weekend with the Official Tournament and Stream Schedules

With this year’s Evolution Championship Series less than one week away, we’re happy to share the event’s tournament and stream schedules with everyone!

Of particular note is the fact that Evo will be running four official streams, in addition to the Capcom Fighters stream, for five total feeds of fighting game action. Due to popular demand, the number of streams dedicated to Street Fighter V’s top 32 has been increased to 3 to guarantee viewers the most high-level action possible.

Once again, this year’s Evo streams will be produced by Team Spooky and IPLAYWINNER. You can check out the full stream schedule, as well as find out when competition in your game of choice takes place, below. And, don’t forget, streaming at source quality will not require a subscription this year.

Capcom Promises ‘Exciting News’ at SFV Panel Scheduled During Evo

Capcom’s Neidel “haunts” Crisan recently announced that there is a Street Fighter V Panel planned to take place on the first day of Evo 2016. According to haunts, the panel is supposed to include some “exciting news,” and Capcom will be “sharing all kinds of information” and revealing new details about the game. The specific event details announced so far are as follows:

Panel Location: Las Vegas Convention Center – Central Hall N101

Panel Time: Friday, July 15th 10:00 AM

Agenda:

  • SFV Dev Updates
  • Capcom Pro Tour Discussion
  • Q&A Session
