Pokemon Go: Users Lose Legal Rights in ToS Unless They Opt Out

According to The Consumerist, up to very recently, Pokemon Go players signing the ToS have given up their right to file any sort of lawsuit against Niantic Labs for any reason. The clause strips away a user’s right to file an individual lawsuit or to join a class action lawsuit under any circumstance. There is, however, good news in a way in that players can opt out of the prohibition by writing directly to the company.

Our Evo 2016 Street Fighter V Winner is Infiltration

After wading through a battlefield fraught with over five thousand players hungry to claim victory, our Evo 2016 Street Fighter V champion has been crowned. It was a rough road; we saw matches in the top 64 that could have easily been grand finals matches in years past, but that only makes the victory all the sweeter for Razer’s Infiltration.
