One of the coolest things about Super Smash Con is their willingness to not only embrace some of the black sheep in the Super Smash Bros. series, but be creative with them.
Super Smash Bros. 64 has developed an extremely combo focused style, thanks to lengthy hitstun that means a single hit can lead to a death combo. That means that many games are neutral heavy, with explosions of action and sequences to take your breath away.
But what happens when you give the best players in the world free reign to ignore all that pesky neutral and get right into the coolest combos they can work out? The video below, that’s what. It’s definitely worth a watch all the way through, but if you’ve only got time for one majestic combo, skip to about 23 minutes in to see what Prince–one of the best Japanese Smash 64 players of all time–has up his sleeve.
