Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 “True Transformations Trailer” Unlocks Custom Characters’ Potential

Another day, another “sparking” Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 trailer! This one in particular highlights the heroes and villains doing what they do best, along with the new custom character transformations. The footage from this English trailer should seem familiar however, as it is mainly taken from a Japanese trailer released in July.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is focusing on “expanding the experience” with each of the playable races, and these new transformations are bound to make custom characters more enjoyable to play with.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is releasing on current generation consoles and PC, as Namco Bandai plans to create the “largest and most detailed Dragon Ball world ever developed.”

Players will take the role of a Time Patroller, a time-traveling defender of history, similar to in the original title. This time however, the past is meant to be changed.

The title is set to release in North America on October 25 and in Europe on October 28, on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Steam users will have to wait just a little bit longer when the game releases on PC internationally on October 28.

Groove to desk’s Remix of Juri’s New Street Fighter V Theme

Juri has become a very welcome addition to Street Fighter V’s playable roster–but the reception to her new theme music has been mixed, particularly when the softer, murkier sounds of her SFV music are held in comparison to her fierce, edgy Super Street Fighter IV theme. It’s definitely one of the most unusual takes on a character theme that SFV sports so far.

As a musician, it seems desk is also not too fond of Juri’s new beats; he’s put together his own remix of Juri’s Street Fighter V theme that blends influence strongly from the SSFIV original. Watch the background for some stylish Juri techniques from both titles.

Of course, desk has also contributed to Juri’s growing library of Street Fighter V combo videos.

Get Tricky with These Bomb Setups and Resets for Street Fighter V’s Ibuki

With all the attention being poured on Street Fighter V’s newest character Juri, some may have forgotten about Ibuki. Hiding in the shadows may suit a ninja for a while–but the plucky kunoichi still has a few tricks up her sleeve.

With its ability to extend combos and create mix-up situations afterwards, Ibuki’s bomb is arguably one of the best V-Triggers in the game. The Rush ‘n Kill Clan has put together this new video, showcasing some tricky setups that further reinforce this.
