On the very day that World of Warcraft: Legion opened the first wing for LFR players hoping to complete a pair of quests, Blizzard belatedly announced that said quests can only be completed on Normal or higher level of raid difficulty. This has come straight out of the blue, according to players, as it was never part of alpha or beta testing and was not previously announced as “policy”.

Capcom Cup is Heading to Anaheim, CA on December 3rd with PlayStation Experience
Sony has just announced their schedule for this year’s PlayStation Experience. In prior years, Capcom has teamed up with Sony to host Capcom Cup during this expo, and this year is no exception. While the past few years has seen the event held around the Northern California Bay area, this year Sony has decided to send the event south to Orange County. On December 3rd and 4th, the PlayStation Experience will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California, with Capcom Cup being held on December 3rd at 6:00 PM PST.
Of course, it goes without saying that the finalists for Capcom Cup will be there throwing down for a prize pool of $250,000, so the competition looks to be hot in the Southern California heat. Mark your calendars for this event, and if you are in the Orange County area, make sure you are in the venue for this amazing event.

Black Desert Online – Berserker Awakening & Partial Naval Content Coming Tomorrow
Black Desert Online servers will be taken offline at 1:00 am Pacific / 4:00 am Eastern on Wednesday, September 28th in order to perform maintenance. After servers come back online, players will see the Berserker Awakening brought into the game and will see the client updating with a partial download of the forthcoming naval content. The Black Desert Online forums will be updated with the full patch notes after maintenance is complete.
World of Warcraft – Warcraft Movie Released for BluRay & DVD in NA
Warcraft movie fans in the United States and Canada can now get hands on the Blu-Ray or DVD version of the movie that also includes digital bonus goodies for some of Blizzard’s other games if the physical version is purchased. Players will receive a Medivh hero in Heathstone, Gul’Dan in Heroes of the Storm and a digital copy of World of Warcraft with 30-days subscription time.
RUMOR: Destiny 2 – Headed to PCs in 2017
NeoGAF (via Kotaku) is reporting that “a friend at Activision” has revealed that Destiny 2 will be coming to PC rather than being exclusive for consoles as its predecessor has been. The source said the long-held rumor had been confirmed during an internal presentation earlier today.
New Street Fighter V Speedrun Record Set with Karin in Easy Survival Mode
As hated as the mode is by many Street Fighter V players, Survival Mode has become a point of focus for where the speedrunning community intersects the FGC. GiefKid recently upped the Easy Survival record time to just over 1:42; but TheLvl99Charmander has bounced back with a Karin speedrun that clocks at a just a tad above one minute and thirty-eight seconds: 1:38:083 to be exact, beating GiefKid’s Zangief run by four seconds.
