The King of Fighters XIV Combo Video Roundup: Yuri, Billy, Vice, Chin Gentsai & More

One of the FGC’s most beloved pastimes is creating combo videos–as true today as it was in the early 2000s. With a game and a roster the size of The King of Fighters XIV, there are countless combo possibilities and combinations for such videos. Today, we’ve compiled another sampling of the kinds of crazy combo videos fans are crafting.

Yuri Sakazaki is of course a fan favorite, and the combo video seen below was created by the YouTube channel COMBONAUTS. This CMV shows us just how many uppercuts and air fireballs this tiny powerhouse can fit into a single combo.

Next up, by the same YouTuber, we have a Billy Kane combo video, featuring crazy poke confirms and incredibly hot extensions.

Another YouTuber, ON|Dark Chaotix, made this next combo video featuring Vice.

To wrap up the combo videos, we have one more exhibition, this time featuring a wide variety of characters:

The final combo video we have today features everyone’s favorite drunken master, Chin Gentsai, by YouTuber Persona Entertainment.

New Killer Instinct Patch Fixes Dash Glitches and Other Bugs

A new patch for Microsoft’s rebooted Killer Instinct has just dropped; the patch isn’t really concerned with balance, rather it’s meant to fix a few bugs and glitches with the game.

The main bug being fixed is one that caused players to forward dash instead of back dash when trying to do the latter in specific situations, such as getting up, or in Hisako’s case, while after performing Descent. Other fixes include ones for glitches that caused reversed inputs for Aria and Sadira in certain situations, as well as a host of other changes. You can see the full change list below.

Killer Instinct Version 3.4.2 Patch Notes

System Changes:
– Fixed a bug where rising from a knockdown and attempting to back dash caused players to forward dash instead.

Aria:
– Fixed a bug where Aria’s inputs could become reversed after performing Air Crescendo and Shadow Crescendo.

Hisako:
– Fixed a bug where Hisako would perform a forward dash when inputting a back dash following Descent.

Sadira:
– Fixed a bug where the player’s inputs were reversed after a back throw.

Glacius:
