The Exiled – Final Closed Alpha Test Begins

The final closed alpha event for The Exiled has officially kicked off. From today through December 21st, alpha testers and supporters can log in and try out the large number of altered and improved features implemented by the team as a direct result of player feedback from earlier testing opportunities.

– Horizon: Zero Dawn to Release on February 28, 2017

Guerrilla has announced that its forthcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive RPG Horizon: Zero Dawn will be released on February 28, 2017. The game will take big advantage of the PS4 Pro hardware and looks pretty amazing on 4K as evidenced by the trailer released earlier this fall.

Pokemon is a series that Nintendo doesn’t often experiment with. I mean, sure there are spin off games, but rarely does the main series divert too far from the usual “beat the gym leaders, collect the pokemon” motif. That’s changed with Pokemon Sun and Moon, and it makes for the best games the series has ever seen.

World of Warcraft – Warlocks Need Help – YouTuber Takes to the Airwaves

World of Warcraft: Legion is considered by many as one of the best expansions in the game’s history. It is not, however, without criticism from several corners, most particularly from players who believe that Blizzard is ignoring class and spec feedback. Warlock YouTuber Pyromancer has taken to the airwaves in what he says is the “Final Stand of Warlocks” to attempt to compile feedback in the hopes that Blizzard developers will lend an ear to make changes.

Conan Exiles – Bi-Weekly Devs Streams to Lead Up to Early Access Release

Funcom has announced that the development team behind Conan Exiles will be starting a bi-weekly live stream series beginning on Friday, December 2nd at 10:00 am Pacific / 1:00 pm Eastern. The series will continue all the way through the Early Access launch of Conan Exiles on January 31st. Devs plan to show off what the game has to offer, how development is progressing and much more.
